Summer Berry Overnight Oats



Let's be honest. Some days, we just don't have time to fuss over making breakfast but nevertheless, our body needs to be fueled! With my new Summer Berry Overnight Oats, a delicious and energizing breakfast will be waiting for you when you wake up! Give it a try!



Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of organic quick oats

  • 1 cup of oat milk

  • 1/4 tsp of coconut extract

  • 1/8 tsp tsp of salt (my go to brand is Redmond Real Salt)

  • 1 tbsp of agave

  • 1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp of avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite seasonal berries

  • 1 tbsp of coconut shavings


Directions:


In a medium size mason jar, mix together your oats, milk, coconut extract, salt, agave, cinnamon and avocado oil. Then, allow the oats to sit overnight in your fridge and then top it off with a drizzle of almond butter, berries and coconut shavings and then enjoy!
